Edculcate India embodies the mission of promoting education in India. Although there are various definitions of education, some of which are debated, we have a singular focus: the dissemination of knowledge. Our aim is to reach millions in the underprivileged communities of Indian society by nurturing curiosity and critical thinking, beyond the realms of formal education, through large-scale gamification.

Our Story

How our journey started

Our journey began about a year ago, in 2024, when our Founding Team Member, Amit Basu visited approximately 30 villages across 11 states in India. During this time, he engaged with students, teachers, and parents to understand the accessibility of education in underprivileged communities. Additionally, he encountered a significant number of students, both privileged and underprivileged, in various urban areas of India.

He also reviewed several research papers and reports published by the Government of India, all of which highlighted various factors contributing to the inadequate state of education in India.

How can we cultivate a culture of self-learning and inspire a passion for education by breaking down language barriers and offering supplementary educational resources for millions for free?

Our Product

Kwala India

Kwala India is a learning based gaming application developed by Edculcate India with the aim of transforming the learning experience through interactive, game-based quizzes. It combines structured knowledge with the appeal of digital play, offering users an opportunity to learn, revise, and challenge themselves in an engaging and competitive environment.
