2. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the app for personal, educational purposes.
3. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the app’s content without prior written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

1. If the app allows users to submit answers, feedback, or other content, you retain ownership of your contributions but grant Edculcate India Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish such content for educational and promotional purposes.
2. You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of others.
