Kwala India is a learning based gaming application designed to make learning fun through quizzes, leaderboards, flashcards and interactive game modes.
The Weekly Quiz Competition lets you compete with participants from your own state. For example, if you are from Karnataka, you’ll compete against other players from Karnataka.
Registration for the Weekly Quiz Competition starts from 28th September 2025.
Anyone who is at least 18 years old and is based in India is eligible to participate in the Weekly Quiz Competition.
Every week, the 1st position holder from each Indian state will win ₹5000 as a reward. Winners are decided based on their performance in the Kwala India app. The participant with the highest KP (Kwala Points) in the State leaderboard will be declared the winner - the more KP you earn, the higher your rank.
The Weekly Quiz Competition is open nationwide to participants across India. However, it is state based, so you will only compete with participants from your own state, not against all participants nationally.
The last date to register for the Weekly Quiz Competition is 15th October 2025.
This is only for limited period and will run only till the month of October 2025.
You need to register for Weekly Quiz Competition from the Kwala India app itself.

Kwala India offers several powerups to help you boost your performance during quizzes:
1. Fifty-Fifty : Removes 2 wrong answer options out of the 4 options.
2. AI Genie : AI answers on your behalf and it's correct about 90% of the time.
3. Favorites : Shows you how many other players selected each answer option.
4. Double Shot : Lets you select 2 answer options out of the 4; if either is correct, you earn KP.
5. Bad Apple : Removes 1 wrong answer option out of the 4 options.
6. Time Restart : Restarts the timer for that particular question.

Kwala India offers multiple game modes for different playing styles:
1. Daily Quiz : One question per day appears. No powerups can be used in this mode.
2. Today’s Topic : A specific topic is highlighted each day. Playing this mode gives you 2X KP.
3. Kwala Express : You can keep playing until you give a wrong answer.
4. Practice Mode : A no time limit mode where you can practice and still earn KP.
5. Solo Mode : A timed quiz mode with 7 questions per quiz. You earn both Gold Coins and KP here.
